These terms apply to your use of the ALANKOR Coming Soon website at https://alankor.com. ALANKOR is an India-based fashion brand.
1. What this website is
This website introduces ALANKOR and Chapter I, Jaipur, and offers to send you one notification when Chapter I opens.
It is not an online shop. Nothing here is an offer to sell. No order can be placed, no payment can be made, no price is quoted, and no purchase contract is formed through this page. There is no checkout and no customer account.
Terms for shopping, orders, delivery, returns, refunds, cancellation, pricing, taxes, product information and seller details will be published before any online sale is possible. None of them applies yet, so none of them appears here.
2. No promised date
Coming Soon is a statement of intent, not a commitment to a date. Unless ALANKOR expressly publishes a confirmed date, nothing here guarantees that Chapter I will open at any particular time, or at all.
3. The signup
You may give an email address to be told when Chapter I opens. What you agree to is exactly the consent wording shown beside the form, and nothing wider. You can withdraw before the notification is sent. See the Privacy Notice.
Use an address you are entitled to use. Do not sign up on someone else's behalf without their agreement.
4. Intellectual property
The ALANKOR name, the wordmark, the visual identity, this website's design, its text, its graphics, its textile artwork and its motion design belong to ALANKOR or to the relevant rights holders, and are protected by law.
You may view this website for your own personal, non commercial use. You may not use ALANKOR branding in a way that suggests a connection or endorsement that does not exist, and you may not reproduce protected creative material commercially without written permission.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the availability or security of the website, submit automated or abusive requests, introduce malicious code, misuse the signup or contact routes, or use this website in breach of applicable law.
6. Services from others
This website is delivered using services supplied by Google, including Firebase Hosting, Cloud Functions and Cloud Firestore. Their own terms apply to them as suppliers. That does not reduce ALANKOR's own responsibilities to you.
7. Availability and accuracy
ALANKOR may change, suspend or withdraw this website or any part of it. Content is given in good faith and may be updated without notice. ALANKOR does not promise that the website will always be available or free of error.
8. Responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including for fraud, or any right you have under consumer law that cannot be contracted away.
Subject to that, ALANKOR is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising only from ordinary use of this informational website, or from it being unavailable for a period.

10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The version number and issue date at the top show which text you are reading.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. This does not take away any right you have under the law of the country you live in that cannot be contracted away.
